Processing method: 
Dry-pulped and de-mucilaged before careful drying. 

Brewing guide: 
Best for use in cafetieres and filter methods. Brew at a ratio of 55-60g of coffee per litre of water for best results. Will also make a remarkable espresso; aim to achieve a 25ml shot volume in 25-30 seconds, using a fine grind.
